Team secret had completed a dominant run to the ESL One Katowice championship by sweeping Gambit Esports 3 – 0 in the grand final on Sunday in Poland.

Although they drop their first map group play on Tuesday, Team Secret finished the championship event by winning 16 maps in a row, including all three Sunday against Gambit Esports. That was Secret’s third sweep in four days over the Gambit Esports, including the round-robin play and Upper Bracket Finals on Saturday to clinch a spot in the final.

As Dota 2 tournament champion, Team Secret receive $125,000, while second place Gambit Esports get $65,000 for their efforts.

Gambit Esports had no answers for Team Secret, the only team to defeat them in any of their best-of-three series throughout the tournament. Gambit Esports split into two maps with Forward Gaming on the event’s first day Tuesday.

The earlier match on Sunday, OG was defeated by Gambit Esports with score of 2-0 in the lower bracket final. So OG will only receive $35,000 as the third place finisher.
